Frequently Asked Questions

What are the rules of the group?

We have three main guidelines for all members:

Industry Exclusivity: To ensure maximum value and referral quality, we only allow one professional to represent each business category.

Active Attendance: You can’t build trust if you’re not here. Regular attendance at our monthly meetings and group outings is essential for building the relationships that lead to referrals. We ask that all members attend 75% of the meetings. If you have a circumstance that requires an extended absence, please speak with a board member. If you miss 3 meetings in a row without communicating to us, your membership could be terminated.

Membership Dues: All members contribute monthly dues, which support our group lunches, social activities, community events, and administrative costs.

How much are the dues?

Dues are currently $90 a quarter, payable at our monthly meetings. You can pay via Venmo, CashApp or Check.

We are going to raise dues to $150/quarter starting July 1st. Dues are due the first day of the quarter. The reason for adjusting the dues is we are planning to host more community events in the future and social events have been a little more expensive than we anticipated.

Important note
Membership dues cover one person for meetings and social events. If you want to bring a colleague to the meeting, we will charge $10. If you want to bring them to a social event, you will just have to pay for whatever the cost of the event is. Alternatively, you can pay for two memberships.

How can I pay my dues?

You can pay via Venmo, CashApp or Check.

Venmo: @BNBNG

Cash App: $BNBNG25

How often can I change my category?
If you wish to change your category, you can only do so with the board’s approval and can only do so once per quarter. An exception to this would be if a member has a business that covers multiple categories and a spot that you want opens up, the board will consider you changing.
How do members communicate between meetings?

You can reach out to members using their public contact information available on this site, but we also maintain a private, members-only Facebook group for all active BCPNA members. This secure space allows our community to share leads, post updates, and communicate directly in real-time. Upon joining, you will be sent a link to the group.

No advertising to the group in the private Facebook group. The group is for announcements and referral alerts.

We encourage you to connect with other members and have a 1×1 meeting so you get to know each other.

Who can I contact if I'm interested in joining?
We’d love to talk to you. For more information about the group and the application process, please contact Deb Pick or Joe Rowan.
Drinking and Social Events
Due to liability issues, we will not be paying for any alcohol at social events. Members are free to have a drink but it will be at their own expense.

Take the Next Step. Grow Your Network.
